  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we’re not liable for items lost in transit.


🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
